Formed in Marburg, Germany in 2004, and now with an impressive list of gigs to their credit, Ashes Of Pompeii release their album 'The End Begins Tomorrow' in the UK on Roadmovie Productions via LOCKJAW on 24th September.
Describing their music as indie/post-hardcore they draw inspiration for their songs from everyday life, friendships and changing situations. Having achieved support slots on the 'Taste Of Chaos Tour' 2006 which featured Taking Back Sunday, Saosin, and Anti-Flag, they continue to clock up an impressive summer festival list to be followed by two German tours in August and September and a full UK tour in October.
Influenced by Thrice, Notwist, Further Seems Forever, Death Cab For Cutie and Alexonfire, they are continuing to develop their own particular take on the post-hardcore scene.
