1. Shipping

i. How long does it take?
Within the UK we send the items by 2nd class post, please allow up to 21 days for your order to arrive (usually within 7 days). Outside the UK, shipping times vary, but you can usually expect to recieve your order in under 3 weeks. For more specific answers regarding your country or if you would prefer to pay premium rates for the fastest shipping please e-mail  info@lockjawrecords.co.uk , preferably before you have placed your order.

ii. How much is it?
All shipping within the UK is either included in the price or free. Outside the UK it costs £2.00. PayPal has it's own conversion rates, for more information on this matter please go to the  'International Shipping'  page or refer to the PayPal website ( https://www.paypal.com/help )

iii. Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Unless PayPal refuses to do business with you for whatever reason, we ship worldwide. There are also other methods instead of ordering through PayPal, although that is the preferred method.

iv. What happens with pre-order items when ordered with other items? All items will ship together waiting until the pre-order reaches it's shipping date, unless specified at the 'Optional Instructions / Notes' before the confirmation of payment or orders made separately.




2. Special Offers

i. What are the current special offers?
All special offers are on the main-page. These vary from season to season and we have the right to terminate any offer at any time without any warning. So make sure you don't miss yours!!

ii. Is this for real?
Yes. We really want to give you the opportunity to get a great selection of quality independent music. Selling it at 'outlet' price is the best way.




3. My order

i. Where is it?
See 'Shipping' first. If it hasn't arrived within the specified time, please contact  info@lockjawrecords.co.uk . We have no commercial links with the shipping companies we use, and therefore have no responsibility if they lose your order. However, as a gesture of good faith we will always replace any lost orders.

ii. I don't have a PayPal account, what can I do?
Feel free to send an e-mail to  info@lockjawrecords.co.uk  and we can discuss other options such as MoneyGram, Third Party Transfers, Cheques, etc.




4. Explicit Content

i. Do your items have explicit content?
Some items do and some do not, and it is at the buyers risk to accept that some items may have language that is not suitable for under 18s.

ii. What are the rules regarding this?

Quite simply, The Lockjaw Records Outlet Store does not deal with any details regarding your order, once you click to buy something it forwards the details of the item onto PayPal. PayPal keeps secure all your banking, e-mail and address details. All orders are processed through the e-mail 'info@lockjawrecords.co.uk' and under the title of 'Lockjaw Records'... if you see anything different, contact us immediately.

6. Returns Policy

i. Can I return an item for a refund?
Due to the nature of the prices there is a strict returns policy. This means items that are returned must be in good condition, still in their cellophane wrapping/packaging if it arrived with it, we'll know. We suggest if you do not like the music, that you pass it on to a friend or get in contact with us about the matter! We treat every customer as an individual and we will do our very best to help.

ii. This item is faulty/broken! What can I do!?
All items are guarenteed to be in working order when we ship them. Sometimes accidents happen which we cannot be responsible for. However, if your CD doesn't play or arrives broken, then contact us at  info@lockjawrecords.co.uk  and we'll do our very best to resolve the issue.
