Biography
Donnie Brasco have been tearing across the South West, UK in beat up old vans, playing hardcore punk to drunken minors for over 4 years. Their sound has been likened to bands such as Strike Anywhere and Defeater however their musical influences come from various genres. Lyrically the band has commonly dealt with the theme of growing up and living in a dead coastal town.
The band has played several UK tours and in 2011 they made their first trip to Europe for a nine date stint with label mates The Departed. Donnie Brasco have made several demo recordings and in 2010 released a split 7″ on Lockjaw Records. They are currently writing new material ready for release later in 2011 which will be followed by several tours.
