Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Here's how it works.
When We Ship
We're a small label, not a warehouse operation. We aim to dispatch orders once a week. During the summer festival season (roughly June through September), our team is often on the road, so turnaround times may be a little longer. We'll always flag this in the store if delays are expected.
If your order is urgent, get in touch before you place it and we'll do our best to help.
Where We Ship From
To keep things as smooth as possible for our customers, we ship from UK, EU, and US hubs depending on where you are. We do this to minimise the chance of your order getting caught up in customs and to avoid unexpected import charges landing on your doorstep.
We can't guarantee customs-free delivery in every case, but we do our best to route orders sensibly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We don't profit on postage.
Customs and Import Duties
For most orders, our hub routing means you shouldn't face additional import fees. However, customs rules vary by country and are outside our control. If you're ordering from outside the UK, EU, or US, there may be local duties or taxes to pay on arrival. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Tracking
Where available, we'll send you a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Not all shipping methods include tracking for all destinations.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time frame, drop us an email and we'll look into it. We'll always do right by you.
