Terms of service

Last updated: April 2026

These are the terms that apply when you buy from us. We've kept them as plain as possible. If something's unclear, just ask.

Who We Are

Lockjaw Records Ltd is an independent UK punk and hardcore record label. When you buy from our Shopify store, you're buying directly from us.

Placing an Order

When you place an order, you're making an offer to purchase. We'll confirm it by email. If for any reason we can't fulfill your order (stock issues, payment problems, an act of chaos), we'll let you know and refund you in full.

Prices are listed in GBP. International orders may be subject to local taxes or import duties — see our Shipping Policy for more on how we handle that.

Selling at a Distance

We comply with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This means:

•       You have 14 days from receiving your order to cancel, for any reason

•       You then have a further 14 days to return the goods

•       We'll refund you within 14 days of receiving the return

The right to cancel does not apply to digital downloads once they have been accessed, or to items that have been personalised or made to order.

Products

We do our best to describe products accurately. Vinyl colours and variants can look slightly different on screen. Limited editions and pre-orders are sold subject to availability.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order dates are estimates. We work with manufacturers and distributors, and sometimes things shift. We'll always keep you updated if a release date changes significantly.

Intellectual Property

All content on this store, including artwork, audio, and written copy, is owned by Lockjaw Records Ltd or the relevant artists and is protected by copyright. Don't nick it!

Liability

We're not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or purchase of our products. Our liability is limited to the value of your order. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
