A Wilhelm Scream repress of Cheap Heat — ten tracks of dark, high-octane melodic hardcore. Pressed on vinyl in Martian, Amethyst & Iridescent Blue and includes a huge fold-out poster.
A Wilhelm Scream return with Cheap Heat, their sixth full-length and most ferocious statement yet. Clocking in at just under 30 minutes, this is ten tracks of adrenaline-fuelled melodic hardcore. Razor‑sharp, dark, and unapologetically aggressive.
Blending the nihilistic bite of Ruiner with the technical precision of Career Suicide, Cheap Heat dives headfirst into the band’s darker side. Produced and mixed by Trevor Reilly at Anchor End Studio, and mastered by Joe Reilly at Black & Blue Mastering, the record is packed with relentless riffs, soaring hooks, and a rhythm section that never lets up. Lyrically, it embraces sociopathy, power, vengeance, and the band’s trademark “sore winner” perspective; there are no heroes here.
1st Press: Blood Red and Rain Blue (EU Variant).
2nd Press: Martian, Amethyst & Iridescent Blue effects
This is A Wilhelm Scream at their most focused, venomous, and unstoppable.
