Year Two - Brightr

Year Two is the long-awaited second album from Brightr, the UK’s long-running master of gloomy emo-pop. Picking up where Year One left of, nine years later, this release shows emotional growth without losing the raw, melodic core that’s always defined Brightr’s sound.

Packed with shimmering guitar lines, soaring vocal hooks, and brutally honest lyrics, Tear Two is pop music for the heartbroken, the hopeful, and the haunted. It’s both delicate and devastating — a beautifully bitter evolution.

"It’s painful, it’s poppy, deeply honest and brutally vulnerable. It’s joyfully crushing, but it’s me." – Brightr
